How to Join Us?

PhD Students, Visiting Students, and Postdoctoral Fellows: We are welcome highly motivated GSBS PhD student, visiting students, and postdoctoral fellows to join us to study cancer etiology using iPSCs, CRISPR/Cas9-edited PSCs, and transgenic/knockout mouse model systems, explore disease mechanism, and develop therapeutic strategies to help cancer patients. Our labs belong to Department of Integrative Biology and Pharmacology, McGovern Medical School, The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, Houston, Texas

 

Prospective Graduate Students: You should apply directly to The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center UTHealth Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences (GSBS; https://gsbs.uth.edu/). Once admitted to the PhD program, you can apply for the rotation opportunity in our labs.

 

Undergraduate Students: We accept highly motivated candidates for summer internship to study stem cell and cancer related projects under the guidance of postdoctoral fellows or PhD students in the lab.
